• You may shorten links, share text, and use chat without creating an account
• Access to a paste or chat is controlled by the secret link or code — not by a friends list or public feed
• You choose what to publish; we do not display a directory of all user content
• Chat nicknames are optional labels you pick; they are not verified legal names

You are responsible for how you use the service and for keeping links and codes private if content is sensitive.

• URL shortening with redirect (optional ads on some pages when enabled)
• Text sharing via unique links
• Temporary chat rooms via codes

Features may change. Links, pastes, and rooms may expire or stop working based on settings or system limits.

You must comply with applicable laws and must not use the service if prohibited in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use x.com.ag to:

• Spread malware, phishing, fraud, or illegal material
• Violate others’ rights or publish their private data without permission
• Target private networks or unauthorized internal systems via redirects
• Harass or threaten others in chat
• Overload or attack the service
• Break advertising partner rules (including Google) when ads are shown

We may use automated and legal means to block abuse, remove violating content, or disable links and rooms.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a license to host, transmit, and delete it as needed to run the service and enforce these Terms. You must have the right to share your URLs and text. Destinations may be checked against safety blocklists before redirect.

Redirect pages may show a short wait or advertisement before continuing. We do not endorse destination sites. Password-protected and one-time links work as described in the interface.

Pastes and messages are stored only as needed to deliver them to people with the correct link or code. They are not listed in a public gallery. Do not use chat for emergencies. Do not post highly sensitive data unless you accept the risk that codes or links could be shared further.

x.com.ag branding and software are ours or our licensors’. Do not misuse our trademarks.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO USD $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (TYPICALLY ZERO), UNLESS LAW REQUIRES MORE.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, URLs, or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or stop any part of the service or specific links, pastes, or rooms for any reason permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to x.com.ag, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. Contact privacy@x.com.ag to resolve disputes informally first.

Updated Terms will be posted at https://x.com.ag/terms with a new “Last updated” date.

Our Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.
